COMMERCIAL

Commercial Faux Painting

When visiting Baltimore, check out these local establishments to see live samples of my work. Featued below are pictures of Mud and Metal and Common Ground in Hampden, Pazo in Harbor East,  and Spirits tavern in Fells Point. Each of these decorative painting projects was unique in its own right, and the result of each contributes to the Baltimore charm that makes up this great city.

Common ground needed decorative painting to suit its artsy and eclectic 36th street vibe. Using preexisting base coats, I applied a latex and oil finish that creates a more upscale ambiance. In addition, a faux-rusted tin ceiling was created to hide imperfection sin the plaster.

Mud and Metals custom commerical painting features hand-painted ceiling tin, and a bright orange tuscan inspired texture.

Spirits Tavern needed outdoor commercial painting using a traditional palette to revitalize its building facade.

The project at Pazo features polished venetian stucco, it was subcontracted through Twin Diamond Studios and the designer was Patrick Sutton.
