Faux Marble Mantlepiece
Sorry I forgot to take a “before” picture for this one. I had already started base coating before I realized it. But here is the end result, an authentic looking marble masterpiece… if I do say so myself!

Faux Wood Grain for Simple Elegance
I recently completed a faux painting project for some new friends in Glen Arm, Maryand, the Kropfts!
To crate a warmer and more upscale ambiance in their den, I applied a latex and oil finish to the firewood storage area. Additional embellishment was added by the faux wood-grained shelf. The existing structure was lacking in depth and dimension, but after a simple but sweet overhaul, it’s looking great!
